Abstract:
Mainly diaries, accompanied by several memoranda books and a folder of correspondence, kept by Leonard, a resident of Evansville, Wis., and stepfather of Burr W. Jones, Madison, Wis., lawyer, congressman, and state Supreme Court justice. Leonard's brief diary entries record expenditures, occasional weather observations, and his comments on personal and local events.
