Abstract:
Closed investigations of complaints which resulted in hearings and disciplinary actions. The files include letters of complaint, investigative reports, correspondence, transcripts of hearings, findings of fact, and other legal documents. A large portion of the cases concern Medicaid fraud and misuse of patient funds.
