Papers of Olkives, a Kenosha, Wis., alderman and labor leader, primarily concerning the local post-World War II housing shortage, and the annual AFL-CIO sponsored city-wide bowling tournaments. The papers reflect Olkives' service as vice-chairman of the Kenosha Housing Authority, and as business manager and treasurer of the Brittles Recreation Match Bowling Team. Also present are typewritten and printed speeches delivered by Olkives to union conventions, and bowling tournament programs. English
