Users must access the network copies of the audio and video materials and not the
original masters. There are no other access restrictions on the materials, and the
collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
Mr. and Mrs. John B. Prince donated the collection to the Archives in October 1997
(accession 1997-024).
Mark A. Vargas processed the collection at the Archives in February 1998.
In October 2011, Bob Jaeger removed 56 safety film negatives and placed them with other
safety film negatives.
