The records, primarily covering the period 1940-1960, contain minutes books, board of directors' minutes, financial records, and membership cards. There is no correspondence. The collection also includes a list of shareholders of the jefferson County Cooperative Service Company, organized by the Jefferson County Farm Bureau in 1944; and the minutes, 1942-1957, of the Concord-Sullivan Farm Bureau Local, a unit of the Jefferson County Bureau. The minute books record the meetings of the board of directors, the executive committee and other committees, annual meetings, and monthly financial statements. In the 1928-1941 minute book is a coy of the June 2, 1937 Bulletin.
