details. There are no access restrictions on the rest of the materials, and the collection
is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.

Judy Dollhausen transferred the records to the Archives in November 2004 (accession
2004-030) and May 2007 (accession 2006-063). Judy Dollhausen from the Stufent Affairs
Office donated additional materials in August 2008 (accession 2008-009) and June 2009
(accession 2008-066). Student Affairs transferred additional materials to the Archives in
August 2013 (accession 2013-004).
Dan Vinson, Jody Hoks, and Christel Maass (supervisor) processed the collection,
April-August 2008. Charles Welborn processed additional material in August 2012. Travis
Baptist processed accession 2013-004 in June 2014 (Brad Houston supervised). Zac Baldauf
