In addition to the UWM Art Museum, formerly located in Vogel Hall, the Art Museum also
oversees the Fine Arts Galleries, located in the School of Fine Arts, and the Art History
Gallery, located in Mitchell Hall. In 1996, the UWM Art Museum was renamed as the Institute
of Visual Arts (inova), and in 2007 the museum moved to a new space in UWM's Kenilworth
building.
