Schmiedicke's records, which comprise the bulk of the accession, cover the 2003-2005 biannual budget, including records on the capital budget, policy requests, hot spots, lapses, issues, and Joint Finance Committee hearings; as well as a variety of budget-related issues. Also included are working files of the Health and Family Services and Insurance Team, 1991-2005, and the State Government Operations Team, including records on budget cuts and allotments for fiscal years 2002-2003; and old general files, 1989-2001, the bulk of which are on general relief.
