The 1998 and 1999 Welfare to Work formula development and monitoring are documented through plans and correspondence. The Milwaukee Jobs Initative program worked with the Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership to help low income Milwaukee residents find employment. The NABVets material documents the Parents Assuming Responsibility (PAR) program, a community based program to help non-custodial parents find employment through monitoring and correspondence.
