hearings (for which Stone Bank and Weston are the most extensively documented
communities), and copies of local plans, codes, financial reports, and other municipal
data. The data on Weston contains similar information on Rothschild, Schofield, and
Wausau, communities affected by its incorporation. Additional data of several of these
