Scope and Content Note: Files on court cases closed in 1995 concerning sex and race discrimination at Corrections (Garner), discrimination based on physical disability at Department of Revenue (Pellitteri, 1507A/246), and misclassification of a Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations employee (Murray, 1507A/244). In addition to transcriptions of hearings for these cases, there are recorded oral arguments for the Schmidt (1507A/245)and Balele (1507A/247) cases, the paper records for which were received in an earlier accession; and two recordings for Chavera v. Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations (1507A/248-249), a case that is so far not otherwise represented in the Archives.
