Abstract:

Files of the Commission's legal staff relating to review by courts of Commission decisions on eligibility for unemployment compensation. Typically included are appellant and respondent briefs, transcripts of hearings before a Department of Industry, Labor and Human Relations Appeal Tribunal, and memoranda decisions or judgments of the court. Such judicial review is the final appellate step in the determination of unemployment compensation eligibility under s. 108.9, Wisconsin Statutes.
