Scope and Content Note: Summary records, including: (a) Cash journal, showing grants and reimbursements received, funds to which receipts credited, disbursements, advances to Wisconsin Transient Bureau, and accounts payable; (b) Reported Costs Journal, showing reported costs, by whom reported, obligations against advances, and accounts payable; (c) Record of Costs Monthly by Facilities, showing summary of reported expenditures and obligations by local units and administrative expenses by State administration.
