Felix Olkives Papers, 1938-1966

Scope and Content Note

The papers reflect Olkives' role as a Kenosha alderman and labor leader and primarily concern the local post-World War II housing shortage and Olkives' work with the housing committees, and the annual AFL-CIO sponsored city-wide bowling tournaments. Also present in the collection are typewritten and printed speeches delivered by Olkives to union conventions (Folders 1 and 2), and bowling tournament programs.
