The letterhead of this establishment describes it as having a restaurant and ice cream parlor, and as being a wholesale dealer in fancy creamery butter, milk, pure ice cream and cream. The location is given as Tenth and Washington Streets, Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The organization consisted of branches at Manitowoc, Owen, Plymouth, Wausau, Spring Green, and Milwaukee. The initials of the brothers as mentioned at various places in the volumes are O. A., R. C., and Sam. The records all end when the company went into receivership in 1920.
