of individual analysts. Most important of Wagner's evaluation studies is the review of
PACE/Partnership, two pilot programs that provided community-based acute and long-term
care for the elderly and the disabled. The records of analyst Tun-Mei Chang concern a
customer satisfaction study of the department's Aging and Disability Resources Centers,
while analyst Christopher Swart's files concern a time study of caregiver background
checks.
