Included are application guidelines, financial statistics, and other documentation relating to state grants offered under the Adult Education Act (P.L. 100-297) and the Carl D. Perkins Vocational Education Act (P.L. 98-524). A significant portion of the collection relates to applications for Limited Fiscal Capacity Grants from the state's General Purpose Revenue (GPR) by various vocational institutions.
