Series: 4. Milwaukee Homicide Project, 1989-2002
: This survey-based research project concentrated on homicides against minors, in both
gang-related and non-gang related incidents. Research began in 1989, and went through
several phases. The project was completed in 2000. The Milwaukee Homicide Project (MHP)
was conducted through the UWM Department of Geography using federal grant monies. The
records consist of correspondence, grant proposals, a transcript of congressional
testimony, and the final report.
